Michael Fahey serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Affinion International. He has worked for the Affinion Group (formerly known as Cendant Marketing Group) since July 2002, in both the U.S. headquarters and, since January 2005, England.
Prior to joining Affinion Group, Michael served as an associate attorney for the law firm of Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and other transactional projects in the firm's New York City and London offices. Mr. Fahey holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal International Economic Law, and a BA from Manhattan College. |
